Users can exercise certain rights regarding the Data processed by the Controller.
In particular, the User has the right to:

- obtain deletion or removal of their Personal Data. When certain conditions apply, the User can request deletion of their Data by the Controller.
- receive their Data or have it transferred to another controller. The User has the right to receive their Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, to have it transferred without hindrance to another controller. This provision applies when the Data are processed by automated means and the processing is based on the User's consent, on a contract of which the User is a party, or on contractual measures connected to it.

When Personal Data are processed in the public interest, in the exercise of public powers vested in the Controller, or to pursue a legitimate interest of the Controller, Users have the right to object to the processing for reasons related to their particular situation.
Users are informed that, if their Data are processed for direct marketing purposes, they can object to the processing without providing any reason. To find out if the Controller processes data for direct marketing purposes, Users can refer to the relevant sections of this document.
To exercise the User's rights, Users can send a request to the contact details of the Controller indicated in this document. Requests are made free of charge and processed by the Controller as soon as possible, in any case within one month.
The Controller processes Users' Personal Data by adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of Personal Data.
The processing is carried out by means of IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Controller, in some cases, categories of persons in charge involved in the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal staff, system administrators) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to the Data, also appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Controller.

Unless otherwise specified, all Data requested by this website are mandatory. If the User refuses to provide them, it may be impossible for this website to provide the Service. In cases where this website indicates some Data as optional, Users are free not to communicate such Data, without this having any consequence on the availability of the Service or its operation.

User Data are collected to allow the Controller to provide its services.
Personal Data, voluntarily provided by the User, are used exclusively for the following purposes:

This type of service hosts data and files that allow the website to function, enable its distribution, and provide a ready-to-use infrastructure to deliver specific functionalities. The hosting service is hosted on a server located in the European Community.
Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.
Personal Data collected will be retained for a maximum duration of 6 months.
At the end of the retention period, if the User's consent to processing is not renewed, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiration of this term, the rights of access, deletion, correction, and data portability can no longer be exercised.
