The very carefully managed internal kitchen offers varied and refined menus approved by the ASL. All foods are organic and all particular requests or needs of families are taken into account, due to intolerances, allergies, or diets that respect religious beliefs. The school also provides morning and afternoon snacks.
Example of a Weekly Menu
Breakfast: Fruit, milk, tea, toast, yogurt.
Lunch: Vegetable fried risoni, couscous with cherry tomatoes, orange chicken breast, peas, potatoes, fruit.
Snack: Smoothies, yogurt, muesli.
Breakfast: Lemon cake, tea, milk, fruit.
Lunch: Soup with pumpkin cream and chickpeas, cheese rice, sole fish cakes, fresh ricotta, cherry tomatoes, fruit.
Snack: Filled sandwiches, tea, blood orange juice.
Breakfast: Bundt cake, milk, fruit, yogurt.
Lunch: Rice with peas, pasta with ragù, veal bites with braised carrots, mashed potatoes, zucchini, fruit.
Snack: Yogurt, fruit, pizza, tea.
Breakfast: Orange cake, milk, tea, fruit.
Lunch: Pasta with tomato, potato gnocchi, mixed omelets with green beans and tomato, baked fries, carrots, fruit.
Snack: Tea, toast, fruit, milk and muesli.
Breakfast: Apple tart, milk, tea, cookies, fruit.
Lunch: Pasta with potatoes, tomato and cod, cod flan, potato cake, zucchini, julienne carrots, fruit.
Snack: Tea, fruit, filled sandwiches, fruit juice.
